Fresh lemon zest and bright citrus up front, softened by subtle orange and rounded by the caramel warmth of demerara sugar. Crisp, smooth, and quietly layered.
There is a reason the Lemon Drop endures. It is bright without being sharp, sweet without being heavy. Familiar, yes, but still awake. Each sip lands crisp and clean, then opens into something warmer and more generous.
This version finds its depth in demerara syrup. The raw sugar brings soft caramel notes and a gentle weight that rounds the citrus rather than competing with it. What could be a simple burst of lemon becomes layered and nuanced, balancing snap with calm.
This is a drink for clarity. For fresh starts and open windows. For moments that call for lift without haste. The Lemon Drop does not linger loudly. It sparkles, settles, and leaves you refreshed rather than impressed, bright on the surface, grounded underneath.
