ARCHDALE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • .75 oz demerara syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

1. Build

Add the white rum, fresh lime juice, and demerara syrup to a shaker.

2. Mix

Fill with ice and shake firmly until well chilled and lightly aerated.

3. Finish

Strain into a chilled coupe. Serve with a lime wheel garnish and let the balance carry the drink.
